Our FAQ page provides answers to frequently asked questions about products, orders, and shipping information. Your personal information is safe with us, and we're here to help! General Questions
The products sold on elitefeels.com are all 100% original and purchased directly from the brands, licensees and/or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and origin of each product and each product comes with the original label attached, with the exception of pre-owned items.
Orders
Place your favorite items in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout to complete your order and follow the instructions.
In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, it will be processed and processed immediately and can therefore unfortunately no longer be changed or cancelled. You can return the package to the delivery person immediately upon delivery
Send
In general, we deliver within 2 to 5 business days. To ensure that your order arrives on time, the following conditions apply:
- We received your order before 10pm.
- The items you ordered are available for immediate delivery.
- In some cases the delivery time is slightly longer: Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders received on Saturday are usually delivered on Tuesday.
- Unfortunately, sometimes it can take a little longer due to busy periods (holidays) or a malfunction.
- The expected delivery date is always indicated when ordering and you will also find up-to-date information about the delivery of your order on your order confirmation.
- For orders under €100, shipping costs are €14.95.
- For orders over €100, shipping is free.
With Track & Trace from DHL or FedEx you can track your package at any time. In the shipping confirmation that you receive from us by e-mail, we will send you the link with which you can track your package on DHL.com or FedEx.com.
- You can also view the status of your order via My Elite Feels.
- In addition, with the DHL app you can see where your package is at all times.
- When your package is ready at the collection point or is delivered to your home, you will receive another email from DHL or FedEx.
Returns
At Elite Feels you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep an item. Within the 14-day cooling-off period (calculated from the day on which you received the item) you can view, assess and try on the item as you would in a store. (For swimwear and lingerie items, hygiene seals may not be removed.) During this period you have the right to report that you want to return the item without giving any reason. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement.
What does this mean? For a return request to be valid, the return must be sent within 14 days.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in various ways:
- Please register your return within 30 days in My Elite Feels under “Returns” or pass it on to our customer service.
(You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory) - Drop off your return items at a DHL collection point within 14 days
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To return an item you can use our returns service.
- Register your return within 14 days via your account at Elite Feels.
- Pack the item in the (if reasonably possible) original packaging in which the item in question was packed (check the yellow order number).
- Then place it in a suitable bag or box and stick the Feel Elite return label on it.
- Drop off the package at a DHL collection point.
Log in to My Elite Feels and register your return. After you have registered your return, you can place your exchange order by clicking on 'Exchange an item'. You will then be automatically redirected to the shop where you can select the item in question.
In your shopping cart, click on 'Redeem' at the code. Your exchange order will then be registered.
NB: Shipping costs will still appear at the beginning of the ordering process, but will be removed at the end.
The processing of a return normally takes 14 days. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, provided we have your e-mail address. Not all items are processed at the same time, so it is possible that you will receive multiple confirmations of receipt for a returned order.
If you have used our returns service, you can track your return at any time via My Elite Feels .
In that case, please contact us directly via our contact form. State in the description that "the article is not in order/damaged" and also provide the article number and the order date in the field for your message. We will then help you as soon as possible.
When returning items, we will thoroughly check the items to determine the condition of the items. Please note the following:
- Items must not show any obvious signs of use.
- Original labels, tags, etc., must not be removed from the items.
- Items must be returned complete, so if something was offered as a set, the set must also be returned complete.
- Hygiene seals are used for swimwear and lingerie items. These products can only be returned if the seal has not been removed.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging.
It may take some time for a returned item to reach us and be processed. You will receive an email from us when we have received the returned items. As soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to cancel, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items.
In case of a completely returned order, the shipping costs will also be refunded. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the items, or until you have shown that you have returned the items.
If you paid with iDEAL, your credit card or PayPal when placing your order and a credit has been created in our administration as a result of processing the return of the items, we will refund this in the same way.
When you return an item, we assume that the item is complete and in its original condition and in the original factory packaging.
The starting point is that you handle/inspect an article as you would in a store. If an article is damaged, Elite Feels will charge the full purchase price of the article.
Pay
With iDEAL you pay directly via your own internet banking program. The advantage is that your payment is processed immediately and you receive your order immediately, if it is in stock. If you return part or everything, we will of course refund the amount to your bank account as soon as possible.
PayPal is a fast, simple and secure way to pay online – and it's free.
This is how it works:
- Open a PayPal account.
- Link your bank account or credit card information to your PayPal account.
- Now you can pay for your purchases with PayPal.
Your benefits with PayPal:
- Secure : your bank details are only stored with PayPal and do not need to be sent again via the internet for every purchase.
- Simple : you pay in 2 clicks. Because your details are saved, you don't have to fill them in again.
- Fast : your payment will reach us quickly and your items can therefore be shipped quickly.
You can also pay comfortably and safely with our credit card. We accept VISA and/or MasterCard and American Express.
This is how it works:
- When ordering online, you provide your credit card number, expiration date and CVC code (the last three numbers on the back of your credit card). If you pay with a credit card when ordering online, your identity is verified with the 3D-Secure procedure using a password.
- The invoice amount will be automatically debited from your credit card account when your items are shipped.
- In the event of a return, the relevant amount will be immediately refunded to your credit card account.
Secure payment transactions
Your data is encrypted and therefore transferred securely.
Elite Feels uses the most modern encryption methods to prevent unauthorized access to your data by third parties, e.g. Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
SSL is a recognized standard protocol that guarantees secure data transfer. All order data, such as your credit card details, are only encrypted and transferred to Elite Feels.
In addition, Elite Feels offers all Mastercard and Visa customers the 3D-Secure procedure, which verifies your identity. This makes it impossible for unauthorized persons to use your credit card at webshops that use this.
Apple Pay is a mobile payment service from Apple that allows users to easily and securely make payments using their iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac. Using Near Field Communication (NFC), users can make contactless payments in stores, apps, or online without needing a physical card. Transactions are secured with Face ID, Touch ID, or a password, and banking information is encrypted at rest, making the service both easy to use and secure. Apple Pay also supports credit and debit cards from multiple banks.
Google Pay is a digital payment service developed by Google that allows users to make contactless payments via their smartphone, tablet or smartwatch. It works by linking bank cards to the app, after which payments can be made using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology at stores that support contactless payments. Google Pay also allows you to make online purchases and transfer money between users. The service places a strong emphasis on security, with features such as tokenization, which ensures that real card details are not shared with merchants.
